LINEAR WEIGHERS IN VARIOUS DESIGNS
We have various linear weighers from three different brands in our range.
NewWeigh linear weighers
NewWeigh linear weighers are developed and built entirely in-house and are therefore always customised and manufactured to customer specifications. We supply NewWeigh linear weighers in various designs, an overview of which can be found below. NewWeigh weighers come standard with:
- Touch screen operation with different languages and storage of 99 product programmes
- Robust stainless steel construction of both frame and contact parts
- Use of high-quality components such as HBK, Sigmatek and Festo
- Highly accurate and MID-calibrated weighing control
- Synchronisation with packaging machine
- In-house engineering, production and software
Newweigh Short
The short models are suitable for fine-grained products such as seeds, rice, grains, detergents, granulates, salt, etc. The single vibrating chute design reduces dust formation and segregation.
Newweigh Long
The long models with 4 vibrating chutes are suitable for large products such as biscuits, sweets, meat, frozen products, etc. Optimal accuracy can be achieved with the separate post-dosing chute.
Newweigh Belt Weigher
The belt weigher is mainly suitable for large target weights of 5 to 25 kg. The use of a conveyor belt achieves a high output and the hygienic design makes it easy to clean.
Newweigh FreeFlow
The FreeFlow is the best choice for completely free-flowing products such as salt and sugar. Because no vibrating chutes are used, the design is very compact, dust development is minimal and accuracy is extremely high.
NewWeigh E104A
Minimum weight, maximum accuracy. Newweigh’s E104A automatic weighers are particularly suitable for weighing very fine products with a low target weight and extremely high accuracy.
NewWeigh Specials
Existing weighing installations are often replaced, in which case there is a fixed space within which the new weigher must be placed. Every weigher is custom-made at LWA.
Combimat linear weighers
Combimat linear weighers offer excellent value for money and are the ideal solution for start-up packagers, for example, but Combimat linear weighers also come into their own in larger companies or in more extensive production lines.
Atoma linear weighers
Atoma linear weighers have more than proven themselves in the market. These weighers were originally built in Germany and are the epitome of German reliability. Atoma weighers are refurbished in our workshop and fitted with a new control system. This linear weigher guarantees years of reliable production.
